Bakewell Country Festival - Traders

TRADE APPLICATIONS FOR 2025 WILL OPEN IN 2025. Bakewell Country Festival takes place from 10am-5pm on Sunday 13th July 2025 on Bakewell Showground. We are looking for traders local to Bakewell, the Peak District and Derbyshire in order to highlight the wonderful produce and creations available on our doorstep. FOOD/DRINK PRODUCTS: To sell any food or drink products please include a copy of your Food Hygiene Rating Certificate/Food Safety Award and confirmation of registration with the relevant local authority. You are also required to display any relevant food allergen information and take responsibility for ensuring that you comply with all current guidance and legislation.

Are you selling alcohol? If so and you application is successful you will need to apply to Derbyshire Dales District Council for your own TEN

EXTRA SPACE: If you require a larger stand you will need to book additional trade pitches at the same price as stated above. Multiple pitch bookings will be sited next to each other. Please state how many extra pitches you require:

ELECTRICITY: Please note that electricity is NOT available. You must bring your own QUIET DIESEL GENERATOR if you require power. Please tick the box if you are using a generator to confirm that you acknowledge and will adhere to using a quiet diesel generator ONLY. No other types of generator are pemitted due to health and safety.

FUEL SOURCES: Please state what, if any, alternative fuel sources you will be using, i.e. gas etc.:

FOOD HYGIENE & SAFETY DECLARATION It is a condition of participating in Bakewell Country Festival that exhibitors are conversant with, and abide by, the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulation 1965 and the Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995. It is also a condition that all electrical equipment used at Bakewell Country Festival has a current PAT certificate under regulations 4, 5 and 5 of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR). This includes all electrical appliances, equipment and extension leads. I confirm that I am familiar with, and abide by, the Food Safety (GFH) Regulations 1965 and the Food Safety (TC) Regulations 1995 and that all electrical equipment used at Bakewell Country Festival, including any extension leads, will have a current PAT certificate.
