Bakewell Country Festival - Traders

Bakewell Country Festival takes place from 9:30am-5pm on Sunday 12th July 2026 on Bakewell Showground.

We are looking for traders local to Bakewell, the Peak District and Derbyshire in order to highlight the wonderful businesses on our doorstep. Please fill in the form below by Friday 12th June 2026 in order for us to process your application.

Are you selling alcohol?

Yes

If you are selling alcohol and your application is successful you will need to apply for your own TEN from Derbyshire Dales District Council.

Please submit up to four images of your products

Do we have permission to include your company name and images on our website and social media?

3m x 3m pitch, space only (own gazebo) - £130

6ft table with chair (inside marquee) - £130

Food/bar vendor pitch - £180

Do you require an additional pitch?

Yes

If you require a larger stand you will need to book additional trade pitches at the same price as stated above. Multiple pitch bookings will be sited next to each other. Please add additional pitch fees to your booking total.

Do you require WiFi at a cost of £12 for the day (inc. VAT)? Please note that WiFi is only available if pre-booked.

Electricity is NOT available on Bakewell Showground. If you require power you must bring your own quiet diesel generator. Please tick the box to confirm that you acknowledge and will adhere to this rule if bringing a generator. No other types of generator are permitted due to health and safety and our H&S supervisors will close down your stand if anything else is used.

If this is relevant to your business and you do not attach it we cannot process your application.

It is a condition of participating in Bakewell Country Festival (BCF) that exhibitors are conversant with, and abide by, the Food Safety (General Food Hygiene) Regulation 1965 and the Food Safety (Temperature Control) Regulations 1995. It is also a condition that all electrical equipment, including extension leads, used at BCF has a current PAT test certificate under regulations 4, 5 and 6 of the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 (EAWR).
